Yes. We help you get set up first so you can try Viamki for 30 days before moving to a paid plan.

Every confirmed booking that enters Viamki counts as one booking, whether it comes from your website or from channels such as Guruwalk, Civitatis, or Freetour.com. For example, a booking for 6 people counts as one booking, not 6.

We do not block new bookings. We continue processing them and charge the overage at the rate shown in your plan for every 100 additional bookings.

We support all the main online free-tour booking platforms, including Guruwalk, Civitatis, Freetour.com, Buendía, Walkative, Sandemans, and others. If your platform is not listed, we can help you integrate it.

We accept major credit and debit cards. If you prefer annual invoicing by bank transfer, we can arrange that with you.

Yes. With annual billing, unused bookings can be carried forward as credit for later months, which is useful if your demand is seasonal.
